Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and LGBTQ Numerology. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the community rules and safety sections.

We run LGBTQ Numerology together with our sister site, Master Number Connect (masternumberconnect.com). Both use the same account system, and this same policy and these terms apply on both.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may have only one account, and the information you give must be true.

2. What this site is for

LGBTQ Numerology offers numerology and astrology readings for reflection and spiritual guidance, and Master Circles, a community for adults. It is not a dating service. Open to Love, our future dating site, will be a separate website with its own terms when it opens.

3. Community rules

You agree not to:

• Ask for or offer hookups, sex, or sexual content, or send sexual messages or explicit photos
• Ask any member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or financial details, for any reason
• Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone
• Pretend to be someone else, or use photos that are not of you
• Promote a business, recruit, or send spam
• Share another member's private information outside the site
• Use the site for anything illegal

We may warn, suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules, at our discretion, and remove any content that breaks them.

4. Your safety

LGBTQ Numerology does not check the identity or background of its members.

• Never send money or gift cards to anyone you meet online, whatever the reason.
• Keep personal details such as your address, phone number and workplace private.
• Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

You are responsible for your own interactions with other members, online and in person.

5. Readings

Life Path numbers, Connection Readings, astrology, palmistry, the Chemistry Reading and all guidance are offered for reflection and spiritual insight. They are not predictions, and not professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. We do not promise that you will find a match or a relationship.

6. Paid services

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions (such as Master Member) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on the Plans page under "Manage or cancel my membership," and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time purchases (such as a Full Reading) are delivered right away. A Full Reading unlocks every Master Member layer for one reading, linked to your account.
• Master 44: $19.99 a month, billed monthly. New Master 44 members get a 3-day free trial, once per account: you add a card at checkout and it is charged $19.99 on day 4 unless you cancel before then. Master Members who move up to Master 44 are charged the prorated difference for the rest of their current billing period. Master 44 includes one Chemistry Reading each calendar month; an unused one does not carry over.
• Couple Palm Reading: $9.99, or $6.99 for Master Members. It unlocks the full couple palm reading on your account. Palm photos never leave your device.
• Chemistry Reading: $9.99, or $6.99 for Master Members. Each purchase is one complete reading for two people. Your personal reading is written by an AI system (Claude, by Anthropic) from your answers and published relationship research, and Melody's spoken summary is made with a voice service (Fish Audio). It is saved to your account. If the reading cannot be written, your purchase stays unused so you can try again.
• Your Love Story is a premium reading: $9.99, or $6.99 for Master Members, and yearly Master Members get one free each year. Each Love Story is for one person and can be updated for 12 months from the day it is unlocked. Shared result links show only what the result card shows (first names, label, score, name totals and the reasons listed), never birth dates, and stop working after 30 days. Only share with people who would welcome it.
• Refunds: payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
• We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

7. Your content

You own the words you post. You give us permission to display them on the site to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
