Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what LGBTQ Numerology collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. In short: we use your information to find your number, connect you with others, and keep the community safe. We never sell your personal information.
We run LGBTQ Numerology together with our sister site, Master Number Connect (masternumberconnect.com). Both use the same account system, and this same policy and these terms apply on both.
1. Who we are
LGBTQ Numerology ("we", "us") runs lgbtqnumerology.com. General questions: [email protected]. Privacy requests and member help: [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- First name and email address
- Your Life Path number. Your browser works it out from your birth date; the birth date itself is never sent to us.
- Country, and your 5-digit ZIP code if you live in the US
- Whether you are single and looking for a relationship
- Whether you said yes to monthly guidance emails, and the date and time you signed up
When you get a free reading or become a free member
- The names and birth dates you type into a reading (yours, a partner's, a past love's or your children's) are used in your browser to calculate the reading. We never send them to our email provider. They are stored on our servers only if you are signed in and choose Save these details (see Saved readings below).
- If you add a birth time and city of birth to a reading (optional), the time is used in your browser to find your Moon and Rising signs. To find the city's location and time zone, your browser sends only the city, state and country to our own server, which looks it up in our copy of a public place list and keeps no record of it. Birth times and places are stored only if you choose to save the reading.
- To protect you from losing what you typed, your browser keeps an unsaved copy of the reading form on your own device until you clear the form. It is never sent to us.
- When you claim your free membership, we keep your email address, first name, your Life Path number, your country if you chose one, and which kind of reading you took (single, couple, past love or children).
- Your browser remembers that you are a free member so you don't have to sign up again. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
When you join Master Circles (our community)
- Your email address, first name, country if you choose one, and your Life Path number. We use your birth date once to find your number and confirm you are 18 or older, and we do not store it.
- The posts, comments and hearts you share, and any reports you make. Other members see your first name, your number and what you post. They never see your email address.
- For Your Love Story, the names, birth dates and mothers' first names you enter stay on your device, unless you are signed in and tick Save to my account beside someone. Then that person is saved encrypted to your account so you don't have to type them again, and unticking them deletes them. To remember which Love Story you unlocked, we keep a one-way code made from your name and birth date mixed with a secret only our server knows; it cannot be turned back into your details.
- If you share a Love Story result, we keep what the result card shows: both first names, the label, the score and how it ranks, the full-name totals, the reasons listed and, if you chose to show it, the ranking in your Love Story. Never birth dates. The link stops working after 30 days.
- If you ask to hear about Open to Love, we keep your first name, email and Life Path number with our email provider, plus your country if you chose one on your account. Never your birth date.
- A sign-in code we send each time you sign in, by email or, if you choose, by text message, and a secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. If you choose text codes, we use your cell number only to send the code. We don't keep the number on your account: we keep only a scrambled fingerprint of it, so we can tell it's the same phone next time.
- To learn which version of a page helps people most, your browser keeps an anonymous random code (the cookie
mnc_ab) for up to a year. We count, once each, whether a visitor with that code got a free mini reading, created an account or opened a payment page. The code is not linked to your name, email or birthday in our results, and we only look at totals. Our sister site, LGBTQ Numerology (lgbtqnumerology.com), uses the same kind of code so we can count how its visitors do. Its free reading is worked out on your device; your birth dates are not sent to us.
- Our moderators can see reported posts and can hide posts or remove members who break the community guidelines.
Your private journal (Master 44, and 33 Days answers for Master Members)
- If you use My journal, we save what you write or say: the text of each entry, the day's question, and your voice recording if you record one.
- Your journal is private to you. It is encrypted before it is stored, it is never shown to other members, and no one at LGBTQ Numerology reads it. It is never used for advertising or sold.
- To turn your voice into words, your recording is processed by our hosting provider's speech-to-text service (Cloudflare). It is not used to train their models.
- You can delete any entry, or your whole journal, at any time from the journal page. Deleted entries and recordings are removed from our systems. If your membership ends, you can still read, listen to, download and delete your journal.
- If you add your birthday on the journal page to personalize your daily question, it is saved only in your own browser, not on our servers.
- For Love Today, your partner's first name and birthday are saved only in your own browser, not on our servers. Signing out removes them.
Saved readings
- If you are signed in, you can save the details you typed into a reading (names, birth dates, optional birth times and places, mothers' first names, children's first names and birth dates, and your answers) so you don't have to type them again.
- If you take 33 Days with Your Number, which days you have finished is saved the same way, and any answers you write go to your private journal.
- Saved details are encrypted before they are stored, are private to your account, are never shown to other members, and are never read by LGBTQ Numerology staff, used for advertising or sold.
- You can delete any saved reading at any time with the × next to it on the Readings page.
Palm reading
- If you read your own palm, your choices are kept in your own browser. If you are signed in and tap Save my palm reading, your line choices (never a photo) are saved with your account so you can see them again.
- For a palm reading, you trace your lines on a photo of your own palm or on an illustrated palm. A palm photo is opened only inside your browser: it is never uploaded, never sent to us or anyone else, never saved, and it is gone when you leave the page. Your drawing stays on your device. If you save your reading, only your results (for example, which kind of heart line you have) are saved to your account, never a photo or the drawing itself.
- For Morning Cosmos with Melody, your birthday (and birth time, if you add one) stay on your device. Your browser works out the day's facts from them, and only those facts, never your birthday, are sent to us when you are signed in. Anthropic's Claude AI writes your reading from those facts and your first name, and Fish Audio makes the spoken version in Melody's voice. Your readings, the days you visited and tomorrow's teaser are saved with your account so we can show them again and send your morning message.
- For a Chemistry Reading, round one stays on your device. For the full reading, you must be signed in: both partners' first names, the way you'd like them pronounced if you type it, your answers and how long you've been together are sent to Anthropic, which writes the reading with its Claude AI, and the spoken summary and name greetings are made by Fish Audio in Melody's voice. Nothing else about you is sent. The finished reading and its recording are saved to your account so you can open them again.
- For a Couple Palm Reading, both palms, the first names you type and your results stay on the device you used. They are not sent to us.
Retrogrades & you
- Your birth date stays in your browser. To write a Master Member's personal retrograde reading, your browser sends only facts: your Sun sign, your personal year and month numbers, the retrograde dates and, if you add one, a partner's first name and Sun sign. Never a birth date. The text is written by our hosting provider's AI service (Cloudflare) and is not saved.
- To remember a retrograde reading you unlocked, we keep a one-way code made from your birth date mixed with a secret only our server knows; it cannot be turned back into your birth date.
About children's information
Our site is for adults 18 and over. Parents may enter a child's first name and birth date to get a reading about their family. That information is used in the parent's browser for the reading. It is stored only if a signed-in parent chooses to save it, encrypted and private to their account, and they can delete it at any time. We never collect information from a child directly, and we never contact a child or create an account for one.
Payments
- When you pay, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your plan, credits and a Stripe customer reference so we can unlock what you bought.
Collected automatically
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to run and protect the site
3. How we use it
- To calculate your number and your readings, and to send sign-in codes and receipts
- To send monthly guidance and news, only if you said yes; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To plan where Open to Love, our future separate dating site, opens first, using ZIP codes grouped by their first three digits (a metro area), never your exact address
- To keep members safe: moderation and investigating reports
- To process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations
4. What other members can see
In Master Circles, other members see your first name, your number badge and what you post. They never see your birth date, email address, ZIP code or payment details.
5. Sensitive information
Some information you share for a reading is personal, such as your birth date, your relationships and your loved ones. We use it only to provide the reading you asked for, and we never sell it or use it for advertising by others.
Open to Love. Open to Love will be a separate dating website. If you joined its waitlist, we will ask your permission before any of your information is shared with it.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the site, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Website hosting, security, storage, speech-to-text for the journal, and written retrograde readings (Cloudflare)
- Email delivery (Kit, and Resend for sign-in codes)
- Text-message sign-in codes (Twilio), only if you choose text codes
- Payment processing (Stripe)
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Emails
We send a link to confirm your email address. Marketing emails, including monthly guidance, go only to people who said yes, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. Account emails, such as sign-in codes and payment receipts, are sent as needed.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on the waitlist or have an account. If you ask us to delete it, or you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, safety or payment records.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
10. Adults only
LGBTQ Numerology is only for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
11. Security and where data is stored
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, to protect your information, but no website can be completely secure. Our service providers may store information in the United States and other countries.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and tell members by email or on the site.
